Cancellation Policy

All trips may be cancelled one week in advance for full refund minus booking fee of %15.

Trip cancellation that violates this policy will not be refunded. Any no-show trips will be charged the full amount.

Cancelled trips for multi-boat, holidays, or other special events cannot be cancelled free of charge at any time. You will be billed the full amount.
